A: We encourage you to make a reservation in advance. However, if you don’t, we’ll gladly seat you as soon as a table becomes available. A: Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations for regular café use. If there are available seats, we will escort you to a table.Q: Is breakfast available for non-hotel guests?
A: Breakfast is only available for hotel guests. It is usually served at the Italian restaurant "La Locanda." However, during busy periods, breakfast will be served at either "La Locanda" or "Mizuki." -
How Do I Make a Reservation if I Have Food Allergies?When booking your reservation, please inform the restaurant of any food allergies. We'll gladly accommodate your needs by suggesting alternative ingredients.

Please note that cancellation fees apply as follows if you cancel or change the reservation.
1. Cancellation two days before the reservation date: 50% of the course fee
2. Cancellation the day before: 70% of the course fee
3. Cancellation on the reservation date: 100% of the course fee -
What is the dress code?Our restaurant follows a "casual elegance" dress code. This means that jeans and sneakers are welcome, as long as they aren't overly worn. Guests are also welcome to wear yukata or kimono, but we kindly ask that funeral attire be avoided.

Is it possible to make reservations together with children, is a children's menu available?We offer children's menus—please contact Restaurant Reservations for more details.
Kids' menus can be ordered on the day of your visit, but if you need baby food, we recommend requesting it in advance to ensure smooth service.

Is there an additional charge for parking?
Hotel premises offer multi-story parking with valet service.
1 hour: ¥1,200
Free for 2 hours with a restaurant bill totaling ¥10,000 or more.
After 2 hours, an additional fee of ¥1,200 per hour applies. -
Are the restaurants and restrooms equipped with accessible facilities for the physically challenged?Wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located on the second basement floor and the lobby floor.
